4 Need-to-Have Apps

Hello lovelies.

I’ve been doing some research about apps that basically pay you to use them. I have come across four that I know are not scams and are not that hard to use. I figured I would share them with my fabulous followers so you guys can get in on the action, too!

Now remember, these are in no particular order. In fact, I highly recommend you download all of them. The best part about all of them is that they are absolutely free!

1. Shopkick

Shopkick is a simple, easy to use app that allows you to rack up “kicks” by just walking into different stores and looking through the app’s catalogs. You then trade-in those “kicks” for gift cards to many different places such as American Eagle, Walmart, Target, Starbucks, and Macy’s – some of my favorites! Keep in mind that you must have the app open and your bluetooth enabled for the app to register you entering stores.

2. Receipt Hog

Receipt hog is another simple, easy to use app that allows you to rack up “coins” by simply taking photos of your receipts. Receipts from certain stores give you “coins”, and receipts from other stores give you “spins”. You use those spins on this cute little virtual slot machine and you win “coins” depending on what you score. The “coins” can then be traded in for prizes, which are either an Amazon gift card or money sent straight to your PayPal account.

Try downloading the app here! You will get an automatic 50 coins for joining with a referral code. Feel free to use mine, if you would like: bop25394

3. Ibotta

Ibotta is a little trickier to use, but it still is fairly simple. You go through the app (or website) and create a “shopping list” depending on the items they have rebates for by learning a fun fact about the item. Then, you go about your business, buy your groceries wherever you normally do, and scan your items and the receipts into the app. You earn an average of about $0.50 an item, but it is better than nothing! You can cash out (with a minimum of $10.00) and receive your payment via PayPal or in the form of gift cards. As of now, the only stores you can get gift cards to are Best Buy, Amazon, Starbucks, Cabela’s, Walmart, Express, Aeropostale, Regal Movie Theaters, and iTunes, but I am sure you will be happy with at least one of those stores, if not the PayPal cash.

You can join Ibotta here!

4. Perk Pop Quiz

Who doesn’t love getting paid to play games? I know I do! You simply answer trivia questions and by answering questions correctly, you are awarded “perk points”, which you can trade in for gift cards for a large variety of different stores, restaurants, movie theaters, gifts, hotel stays, and even airlines and cruises.

You can download Perk Pop Quiz here! You will get an automatic 50 “perk points” for joining with a referral code. Feel free to use mine, if you would like: 4ee21472

I hope you guys have as much fun with these apps as I do!

Stay beautiful.

I would also like to clarify that these apps are available on ANY smartphone device. I just chose to use the Apple App Store logo as my featured image because I am an iPhone user.
